Could the Contact Page be used as the support link in a GitHub README?
@quinnxie Yep! Just add your Contact Page link to the README. People can message you from there without signing up, and you can reply right from Telegram.
Can the chat language follow the visitor’s browser setting?
@sarahjiang Yes! The chat interface can follow the visitor’s browser language. If you’ve set a language for your site or widget, that takes priority.
Would there be any analysis after chatting on website?
@jackinlearning96 Yes, with the AI agent enabled, you can review conversation summaries and track AI response times and handoffs to a human.
@shuoxinwang would that make actions afterwards? For example, if i know some trends from the user chatting, can your product give me some signs to my coding agent to develop features and inform my clients on time?
@jackinlearning96 Ah, I see what you mean, Jack! We support conversation summaries and usage stats today. The full workflow you described—passing feedback to your coding agent and notifying customers when features ship—isn’t built in yet. Thanks for the suggestion!
@nrique Thanks! Yes, Knocket’s core features are free forever, including live chat, Contact Pages, and the inbox. The AI agent is free too; you just bring your own model API key, so any model usage fees come from your provider.

@jojo_li Thanks! Not yet. We don’t currently support internal notes for teammates, but it’s a useful idea and something we’re considering for team collaboration.
Replying from Telegram is what caught my eye. One less inbox to watch.
@alex_carter_05 That’s the idea! Website messages come to you in Telegram, and your replies go straight back to the visitor’s chat. One less tab to keep checking :)
