The idea came from a problem we kept running into while working on trtc.io, our platform for building real-time voice and video experiences: getting someone interested was hard enough. Losing the conversation after they reached out was even more frustrating.
Someone asks a question. The reply comes too late. By the time you get back to them, they’ve moved on.
We built Knocket to help makers and small teams keep those conversations going, without adding more work to an already busy day. It gives visitors a simple way to reach you, brings conversations into one inbox, and lets AI handle routine questions with a handoff to your team when needed.

It started with a problem every early team knows too well: getting users is hard, and often the hardest part isn't traffic — it's that when someone finally shows interest, there's no easy way for them to actually reach you. You lose them in that moment.
So we built Knocket. One line of code (or a hosted page, zero code) gives your site a contact entry with live chat, a contact form, and quick links to your socials — all messages land in one inbox.
Think of it as a personal homepage that talks back, or lightweight live support for products that don't need a helpdesk yet. That's the whole idea: when a potential user shows up, let the conversation happen.

When multiple conversations arrive on Telegram simultaneously, how does the system distinguish between different visitors?
@anthony_cai Hi Anthony, you can just use Telegram’s Reply feature on the visitor message you want to answer. Knocket sends your response back to that visitor’s website chat, so you can handle multiple conversations by replying to each person’s message.
As an agency owner managing client conversation across diffrent channels can get messy having everything in one place would save a lot of time and make sure no client message gets missed great idea

Visitors being able to ask a question without creating an account is the whole point of a contact page, and turning a bio link into a chat feels much lighter than another form.
