Knoku turns websites, GitHub repos, and internal docs into one searchable knowledge base. It answers questions through an embeddable widget, Slack, Discord, MCP, or API, with citations back to the original source. When the answer is not covered, Knoku records the question instead of making one up. Built-in analytics show repeated questions, knowledge gaps, and how many support requests were resolved before becoming tickets.

Hi Product Hunt, I'm Mehmet, the solo founder of Knoku.
I built Knoku because finding an answer in documentation still takes too much digging, and AI answers are hard to trust when you cannot see where the information came from.
Knoku connects your website, GitHub, and internal sources into one index. It answers through a website widget, Slack, Discord, MCP, or API, and links every answer back to the original source.
When the docs do not cover a question, Knoku records the gap instead of guessing. The dashboard also shows repeated questions and how many requests were answered before becoming tickets.
I'd really appreciate your feedback, especially on the setup flow, answer quality, and analytics.

honestly this looks really useful, especially the part about logging questions it can't answer instead of guessing. one thing that would make it even better for our team is letting us tag or categorize those unanswered questions directly in the dashboard, maybe with custom labels so we can sort them by product area or urgency before pushing the gaps back to whoever owns the docs.

@designlp Thank you for your feedback. We use the “Unsupported” label for information that is not supported or not included in the documentation. However, as you mentioned, it makes a lot of sense to provide a report of these questions and quick access to them.
Really exciting to see Knoku launch! Turn your docs into cited answers that deflect tickets feels like a thoughtful approach. Congratulations, and best of luck today! 🚀
