The replies are thorough and my customer service agent, service desk, takes great care in laying out exactly what needs to be done to solve the problem. Great product that takes the immense complications of crypto taxes and simplifies it to something streamlined and understandable. When I had an issue I was able to get good answers to resolve it from their support team. Will be using KoinX again next season for sure.
