KoThinker is a mastermind platform where experienced product people upskill in small and safe groups. Sharing personal experiences and gaining situational feedback from your co-thinkers encourages you to create a meaningful impact.
I am one of the first users of the KoThinker platform. As a Product Manager, the platform offers an excellent opportunity for discussing product management challenges with other product managers and grow together. I would compare it to mentorship sessions, with the difference that in a typical mentorship, you have one mentor, whereas with KoThinker's group, all product managers in the group contribute their thoughts and insights alongside you.
Being among the earliest adopters of the KoThinker platform, I've found an invaluable space as a Product Manager. It's a fantastic forum to engage with fellow managers, tackle shared product management hurdles, and collectively evolve.
It is like a dynamic mentorship circle—unlike traditional mentorships, where you rely on one mentor, here, every product manager in the group shares their unique perspectives and insights alongside mine.
Hello Hunters! 🌟
One motto that has always guided me is "Keep choosing joy." 🎉 This belief pushed me to leave stable jobs and venture into the unknown. It's why I took the leap to become an entrepreneur and start KoThinker.
To solve the pains I have so profoundly felt before:
As a CEO of a quickly growing tech company, I've seen that it's not the knowledge people are missing. It's how to apply new knowledge to action (with the help of peer pressure, breaking big goals into small steps, and receiving situational feedback). 🚀
I have felt how it is to be the only one in your role. Others can smile and nod at your findings but don't share your passion.
So, KoThinker was born. 🌱 To amplify professional growth and align with the extraordinary!
I've been fortunate to have a supportive team and early customers who believe in our vision - to ensure every professional feels encouraged to create a meaningful impact. 🙏
But more than anything, I want professionals everywhere to find joy in their work. Whether through continuous learning, achieving higher results, or simply feeling heard and understood.
We should never stop seeking joy, belonging, and self-realization in this ever-changing world. 💜
If you're a passionate product manager (or a founder covering that role amongst many), amplify your growth and impact with co-thinkers from KoThinker 📈 Join our growing community! 🤝
Thank you so much for checking out our launch!
As fellow product people, our goal is to see even more cool products succeed and more work joy while building. That's where KoThinker comes into play.
During our structured and guided sessions, you'll
- Sharpen your product skills
- Solve product challenges faster and build impactful products
- Get inspired by seeing how other companies solve similar challenges
- Grow your inner circle with people who just get you
If you're in a product role or a founder that deals with product, then we're calling for you! ☎️
Come and check out our groups that are starting in January, and come on a ride that can only get you further while having fun!
PS! We have a completely free reading club KoReaders is starting on the 14th of December on our platform. The first book discussed will be "Inspired" by Marty Cagan. Join now! 🥳
Of course, let us know what you think, and share some love! We really appreciate it! 💜
@delia_wu topic examples are:
Telling ‘no’ and still keeping good stakeholder relations
Building a User Feedback-Driven Culture
Making data-backed decisions and measurement
Product manager’s toolbox
MVP vs. MLP (Minimum Lovable Product)
Preparing successful experiments
Prioritizing with limited resources
Evaluating stakeholder satisfaction
Running efficient and engaging meetings
Overcoming Tool Overload
Each session ends with a poll where the group chooses their next topic :)
@delia_wu, yes, there are always some materials and case studies involved. However, since KoThinker operates in small groups, the best case studies come from the people. Situational feedback and pushing to take action are the core values of KoThinker!
Congrats on the launch KoThinker Team! 🚀 One thing I have enjoyed a lot about being part of the PH community is being able to connect and discuss with like-minded people. I love the idea of having small, focused groups to have meaningful and productive discussions.
For the "Experiments" are there any kind of accountability measures, or is it purely self-driven? As in are there any prompts to update the session group that you met with?
We tend to get super motivated and inspired after meeting with people, but it can be hard to keep that motivation going when we get back into our day-to-day lives.
@carolmoh thanks for your kind words.
Yes, on-the-job experiments get a great deal of attention to push them! First, you agree on a small thing at the end of each session.
This will be added to your session memo and next session reminder.
And then, at the next session, there is a specific time on the agenda to share the results with the team and gain feedback.
This is a very good peer pressure and is working. In addition to all that, we also compensate each sharing with KoThinker virtual share to say thanks for taking actual steps toward future-proofing yourself :)
@esus Thank you so much for your support! 🤩 Discord is definitely the channel for the product community. However, we have seen that most of our users are already using Slack on a daily basis in relation to their work and other communities where they belong. Hence, a comfortable solution to fit into our user's habits :)

Lovely concept and design, well structured. As a CEO it will boost my knowledge in PM as well. I love, WHO, WHY, HOW concept. It gives a whole picture. Are you planning to publish some job opportunities later?
Well done, and congrats @helen_kaljusaar@aive_uus@riho_jaska1 Terviseks!
@tornike_tsiramua1 First, nice Estonian! 🥳 Thank you so much for your support, and feel free to join the PM as a Founder group if it speaks to you :) About the job opportunities, we are hoping to grow very soon to a phase where we'll need more helping hands but currently, it's unknown when it happens :)

@aive_uus Congrats on the launch! The idea of KoThinker is very interesting to me. I saw a page about Stellar on you site, is this something like AI assistant for PMs? Just joined PM AS FOUNDER group, looking forward to exploring more:)
@atsuhiro_teshima awesome! Looking forward to seeing you soon then :-) As for Stellar, (s)he is our persona, and the solution page shows how it all works together. However, we do have some AI involved, and this is precious feedback that Stellar feels like an AI tool altogether :) Thanks!
@atsuhiro_teshima Thank you so much for the kind words and interest! We are super excited to have you on board and let's boost your professional and product growth already in January! 🤩
