I love the focus on peer learning and collaboration, which seems like a natural and effective way to grow and develop in one's career.It might be interesting to consider incorporating some kind of mentorship program into the platform. Having more experienced professionals available for guidance could add another layer of value to your users.

Currently, we are matching people based on their current level of experience, product phase, daily challenges, and language. This means that in addition to us supporting our groups with new knowledge, people can learn from each other's experiences. For example, if all people in the same team have had experience with go-to-market strategy or stakeholder management, then they can already share what aspects have worked the best, how to support the group member who is having this challenge now, what could be improved, etc.
That doesn't mean that mentorship might not be included in the future :)
