Krowspot is the place to discover and share the coolest places to work from in any city in the world. If you can crash in with your laptop and work, it’s a Krowspot. Think cool cafes, public libraries, free coworking spaces… Go to cool places to create something cool! 👩💻✨
Hi @rameerez, congrats with launch. I have the same situation. Most of the time I'm working from home but sometimes you are tired because of seeing the same 4 walls.. Time to time I'm trying to work from co-workings spaces or cafes. It's hard to find places for work in new cities so your project can be useful.
I have only one question. I don't know do you faced with that problem - not all cafes are "long-stay" friendly. When I come to new places and stay for more than hour I'm trying to order more and more. I don't want to order 5$ coffee and stay here 5 hours for example.. It's not good for cafe and I can't feel comfortable also. On the other hand, some cafes, are not against someone staying there for "long-period". They have separate table(s) for this types of client. They are happy because in non "hot" period of time someone are still sittings and cafes not looks empty.
I saw you have "Can stay for long" badge. How are you verify it? Are you asking owner of cafe or make decision based on "self" feeling?
@alexwawl Hey Alex! Thanks for the comment :) There's a review system and every badge on Krowspot is based on the average of all user reviews, so it's the average of all users' perception. There's places where you can stay as long as you want (libraries, public spaces), but most cafes have reviews of 1-3 hours. Hope this helps!
👋 Hi again, Product Hunters!
Borja and I built this over a weekend.
The story begins some months ago. As a person that works with just a computer, I’m able to work basically anywhere with WiFi and a power outlet, as a lot of Product Hunters here could relate to. Working from home is comfortable, but you end up getting tired of seeing the same four walls day in and day out, and the one or two cafés you know may not cut it anymore.
One day I decided to meet up with a friend to get some work done. She would choose the place, and I joined. She took me to one of the coolest places to do work I’d ever been to. I had been living in this city my whole life and I had never even heard of that place. Since that day I started going there regularly, and also started asking more friends what were some other cool places they knew to crash in with a laptop and get shit done.
We started gathering these places into a list. More people started adding spots in there, so a couple of weeks ago Borja and I decided to turn it into an interactive site over the weekend.
And so Krowspot was born!
The main goal is to make a really open and clear platform so anybody can replicate that same feeling I had of finding a new awesome place to work in – in any city of the world.
Feel free to browse spots in your city, or add a new spot you know if you can’t find any yet!
And please, let us know your feedback! 😄
P.S. “Krow" is “Work" backwards so Krowspot pretty much means WorkSpot 😛

Could do some improvements on alerting me when I’m done with the review, but the idea is great and there are tons of review criteria! 💪👌
Pros:
Nice design, clean and easy to use
Cons:
I don’t like that there are two steps: creating and then reviewing the place. I got confused
Enjoyed watching you two build this live. Would be useful to have on the homepage a top spots in each city for the biggest cities ie. London/Madrid so I can get to my city faster. Also maybe add "get a monthly update on spots in X" when you're on the search result for city X.
Pros:
Very useful - I often want to work in new cities I travel to - Krowspot makes that quick and easy.
Cons:
Needs more manually added places - Berlin only has 2 currently. A spot can only be a coffee shop or coworking space - many I know are both.

Amazing product, guys! Congrats!
Pros:
Great product to look for suitable places to work once you arrive at a new city or even on your own, being sourced by locals is a plus
