Reviews on Kyte are sharply mixed. Positive users, especially in the Bay Area and Portland, say home delivery and pickup can be smooth, on time, and cheaper or easier than traditional rentals, with clean, newer cars and clear handoffs. But the negative reviews are specific and serious: last-minute cancellations from overbooking, poor customer service, weak follow-up on lost items, broken ID verification, buggy app and website flows, late pickup and drop-off, high deposits, and concerns that some cars are not cleaned well between renters.
