Great idea and your website looks great. You have got good hero messaging directly speaking to the "clients", But add few things to make more compelling. Like how the process works and how you guys screen freelancers.

I just spent 10 minutes filling out the freelancer registration form before I got the message "Stripe doesn't work with your country". Ironically, the country option is in the beginning of the form. Must be much better if you check the country after I pick it up, so users from Stripe-unsupported countries won't waste their time filling out education, experience, and other details
