As a PM I spend the bulk of my time collecting, triaging, & analysing customer feedback across multiple channels like support tickets, surveys, interviews and more to generate insights we can take action on. I can't wait to try out Lancey, as this will help me focus on being the voice of customer to drive impact and act on useful insights quickly. I had the opportunity to have been personally onboarded by @adi_patel for their previous product we used - an interactive demo builder utilised by our sales & marketing team.
