Leading Snowflakes

I wrote Leading Snowflakes from a place of personal pain. It's based on my history as an Engineering Manager and later on Director of Engineering who tries to mentor two new Engineering Managers in his group. I simply wrote a book that I wished I had in my toolkit when I was an Engineering Manager for the first time.
