Leadworx has done a beautiful job striking the right balance between form and function. The user interface is smooth, well-designed, and easy on the eyes.
Setting up my account with the Wordpress plugin was easy and worked as expected. Their Wordpress plugin was easy to download and setup.
The best part is that it connects so well many CRMs systems such as Hubspot, Salesforce, and Zoho. I was thrilled to find Salesflare CRM in that list. The integration of Leadworx and Salesflare worked flawlessly - not a single hiccup through the whole integration process.
Within minutes after I integrated with Salesflare, Leadworx was showing all the accounts and contacts within Salesflare in Leadworx. Even better, they displayed the Salesflare accounts in 3 pie charts and classified them by industry, number of employees, and country. For the first time, I saw a breakdown of all our past accounts and clients classified by industry and number of employees.
Once I had setup my Wordpress plugin, it took a couple of hours for it to begin gathering information. Within a few more hours, I began seeing data on the site visitors. My site is just launched so I don't get much traffic yet. Within a day or so after I integrated my Wordpress account, Leadworx had already collected about 5 guests, including a business with 30 employees that is well-matched with my prospect profile.
The capture of the site visitors data into sales pipeline inside my Salesflare account was also flawless. It was really helpful to be able to capture the information into 1) one of the sales funnels I had set up inside Salesflare and 2) assign it to a sales-funnel stage, right from within Leadworx with the clicks of a few buttons.
In terms of cons, I can't think of many. Maybe they can expand their support of email clients a bit more and include services like Active Campaign, which is what I use. (Their roadmap mentions that they are investigating it.)
Pros:
+ Right balance between form and function.
+ Integration with Salesflare was flawless - both ways.
+ Leads can be mapped to sales stages.
Cons:
- No connection to ActiveCampaign - yet. (They are investigating.)
Hey @bhaveshnaik, thank you for your feedback! We're grateful you took the time to do an in-depth review. We are also looking into ActiveCampaign integration. Will try to share some news soon :)

Leadworx gives me insight into the window shopping visitors on my website. Who outnumber the prospects massively. A boon for my sales team for prospects and my product marketing teams for customer profiles.
Pros:
Easy and Intuitive. Fast development cycle. Works in tandem with CRM softwares and mailing services.
Cons:
Matching profiles and email hunting still getting better. Team roles needed.

We've been using LeadWorx along with Albacross and Clearbit Reveals. Nice UX and amazing support. With time, the lead quality has refined as earlier we're getting many non-exisiting and irrelevant domains which may not have visited the website, ever.
@sumt7 Thank you for your continued belief in us. We are working to remove all the irrelevant data. At the same time, with workflows, all the non-actionable data is automatically removed!
@emarketingguy Thank you Matthew, we're excited to have you as our customer 😊

Extremely beneficial solution for account based marketing programs as the IP lookup tech is great for the cost plus has the ability to build automated email workflows to send prospecting emails to specific titles once a particular domain hits your website. I highly recommend it.
Pros:
Simple yet powerful platform with great workflow capability. Also a nice focus on customer service to go above and beyond.
Cons:
Only the challenge of all IP lookup tech, they don't match 100% of traffic but that's not a problem anyone has solved, that I'm aware of.
The API Economy [Not Another Newsletter]
The product is robust, the team is great, and the use is applicable across a number of industries.
Pros:A great source for quality leads
Cons:It's a newer product with a few bugs, but the team always fixes any issues
