My favorite people enablement platform of all time! The regular reviews help me get the feedback I need to know about my strengths, my development areas, and how I can continue to develop and progress in my career. Goals help me track my progress on my personal development and also see how our team goals contribute to the overall direction of the company. The regular surveys make me feel heard by giving me the platform to share my sentiments and feedback with my manager + P&C team. And there's the Learning, Meetings, and Instant Feedback modules on top of that - which I love and use in my daily work. Can't imagine working without Leapsome. 🤠

First things first: I work at Leapsome, so I might be slightly biased. However, I already used Leapsome at my previous company, and the product experience was so great that it made me apply for Leapsome and join my current role. What more of a testimonial can I give? :) I am a frontline manager, and I use Leapsome daily to organize my 1:1s, team meetings, and cross-departmental meetings (and any other meetings) and to keep track of my to-dos and direct reports' to-dos. All in all: I am not overly tech-savvy, and Leapsome makes it easy for me as it's intuitive, and I can adapt it to my needs, not the other way around. Hence, I can only give 5/5, no notes.

I work at Leapsome, so I'm biased, but I'm also forced to use it every day :D Leapsome's Meetings module simplifies our agenda creation and promotes collaboration with internal and external attendees. On hectic days with back-to-back meetings this really helps meetings focused on our objectives thanks to the integration with our OKRs/Goals.
