We tried lemlist to see how it would fit into the outbound workflow we already use, and the campaign setup was probably the part we liked most.

It’s easy to build a sequence and add different touches without making the campaign feel like a long technical setup. The ability to bring email and LinkedIn steps into the same sequence is particularly useful when a campaign needs more than one touchpoint.

The personalization options are also practical. Adding details that are actually relevant to the prospect feels more useful than simply changing a name or company field.

What needs improvement

The pricing becomes harder to overlook as the number of campaigns and prospects grows.

I’d also like a little more flexibility when managing larger, more complicated sequences. Keeping campaigns easy to manage as they grow would make the product more comfortable for teams running several outbound motions at once.

For teams that care about personalized outreach rather than simply sending more emails, though, lemlist is worth testing.

vs Alternatives

Apollo and Clay are the two products we’d naturally compare it with.

Apollo gives us more of the prospecting stack in one place, including its contact database and outbound features. Clay is more useful when we want to build custom enrichment and research workflows before sending anything.

Lemlist sits more squarely around the campaign itself. Once the prospects are ready, it gives us more room to shape how the outreach actually happens.

I don't know what these reviews on this page are talking about. I was told I would get VERIFIED Leads and this never happened. All of the Leads they sent me were INvestors that wanted OFF Market properties. I never got any further than that or never was able to connect with the leads they sent me. To get my money refunded like they guaranteed me was a joke. They always wanted me to give them one more try. To date, I just want my money back so I can move on.
