I've been an active and avid user of LACRM for over 5+ years. I had tried other CRM systems, but found LACRM the most intuitive, user-friendly and frankly - addictive. The support team is exceptionally helpful, responsive and human. They are a super talented team that deserve great success. I believe they are already, because they are highly skilled and client-centric human beings. I feel that they are a business partner (technology) of mine. They are consistently rolling out new features. With their latest UI design - its such a pleasure working with LACRM. On my Macbook, iPad or Samsung ZFold 4. As a South African with a terribly weak currency 1. I feel I still get fantastic value for money, but 2. wish I could utilise US-specific features like SMS notifications. It needs to be rebranded from LACRM to MLACRM (My LACRM! ). I run several businesses on one account, and look forward to using TEAM features when my businesses grow. Thank you team LACRM!

I have no clue what other companies look for in a CRM, but every time I looked at this, or using the likes of Wired contact, maximiser, salesforce they are just overly complicated for me and to adjust anything required an IT person to talk to me over the phone and expect me to understand what I'm doing. With Less Annoying, it was simple, I can change things easily with out any help or very little, as it is that straight forward. I can makes this a simple or as complicated as I like, hide tabs or remove them and on top of this its really cost effective compared to the others. The online tuition is great for staff training and the plugins and integrations work well. I would highly recommend

I was hired by a solopreneur expanding their business a few months ago. They had been using Less Annoying CRM for a couple of years. While I had never heard of it, I jumped into the account to explore. Within a couple of hours, I had complete perspective on all clients and prospects. When I complimented the owner for their diligence, they said, "LACRM makes it so easy, it's almost harder NOT to use it to track conversations." Now, we're rolling it out to everyone on our team and using it to track everything from traditional lead generation to client onboarding and publicity efforts. The customer service experience has been incredible and I'm finding that it really is too easy NOT to use daily.

I have just started using Less Annoying CRM and it is fabulous! I am not a techie person at all, but this is so very easy to use, and I love how simple it is to build Pipelines and Groups. I even imported my own contacts, and nothing went wrong!! Mind blowing!! I moved from a CRM system that I had stopped using because it was annoying and confusing! The beginner's guide is easy to follow, and they explained it in a language I understood! LACRM is brilliant, and I would totally recommend this product to any SME! The support is also amazing!!

Have been through several trials with LACRM over the years. I kept thinking the other CRM players in the financial advisory market must be better since they were all so much more expensive. I tried them all. Retail, Junxure, Ebix, Wealthbox, and several others. Save yourself a ton of time and lots of money. There is no better value in the CRM market than LACRM. Get over any perception you may have due to the $15 a month price tag. LACRM is robust, easy to use and second to none. Thank you LACRM for sticking with me. I'm proud to give you 5 stars!.....Randy :-)

It's all in the name. Not only are the people at LACRM less annoying, wonderful, and helpful, the software does everything we could ask of a CRM, and the stuff it doesn't quite do already... we do with EASY , I mean SUPER EASY Custom Fields. This would be enough for a 5-star rating, but it gets better! After using LACRM for a year, we wanted to make some changes. It took about 3 minutes to add another custom field and delete one we didn't want. Adding new users takes just a few seconds. We spent months and months looking for a CRM within our budget that could do what we wanted. LACRM was and still is our first choice. But wait - it gets better.... the new interface is so clean, pretty, and functional! It stays out of your way, but not so far that it takes a million clicks to get where you want to go. It's all right there. And it's always right there ... laptop, tablet, and phone.... I always have the information I need with me. Thanks for the great work and 5-star software!!

Exactly what I wanted, without a massive structural overload to learn. Intuitive UI, stable, affordable, con use just the features I want without a huge learning curve of unnecessary items. I am a small biz, other CRMS seemed designed for huge companies with massive training - no time for that! And their support has been remarkable - the actual devs and home team - not outsourced. Give the free trial a shot!

More time on tasks, less on figuring out a CRM... I've been using CRM's for almost 20 years, and LACRM's workflow is absolutely the best. I've done two product launches as many years, and LACRM has proved invaluable in quickly standing up teams. TIP: View just one of Tyler's (LACRM's CEO) help videos, and you'll see what I mean.

As I was looking for a CRM for the company that I work for, I was looking for something that I could understand, command and demand performance from. Less Annoying CRM checked all of these boxes! It has simplified our daily work flow and created efficiences that really save us time. Now I couldn't image our business without LACRM! The new update provides a very clean and uncluttered look which I really enjoy and I love the friendly and quality of support from the LACRM Team. Keep up the excellent work!!

This is the best, easiest, and least techie required CRM out there! We use it for personal and also for multiple businesses ~ Real Estate Investing, our Real Estate Brokerage and our Real Estate Property Management Company. Less Annoying CRM is great for beginners ~ the staff are always there to answer questions ~ in the format easiest for the users ~ via phone call, via email, via text. They can deal with people who really have their act together technologically and also anyone who is completely techieless! (is that even a word?? ) After using several over the years I 'tried' Less Annoying and was hooked immediately and have been with them for years. Cannot give them enough kudos and so much thanks for being there for us and our businesses! Wish we could give them 10 or 20 or 100 stars! Try them ~ you will never go back!
