The easiest way to connect with people without having to draft an email. The Let's Connect app lets you send a pre-defined email with your contact and social profiles to the person you want to connect with.
Been keeping version1 long since and gets the job done everytime. Also loved the design update both did with this new one.
Looking to see how i can customise the email(maybe put it on premium?)
Simple and clean, lot of potential usecases too.
@felix_josemon Thank you for the feedback, we'll be having something similar once we hit a good user mark. Happy to have you onboard!

While this is a nice app and I can see how useful it can be, there are some issues.
1. No way to customize the body of the email. Does anyone really ever say "contact coordinates"? Definitely not something I would say.
2. Can't send an email using an alias—this is a big one. I have connected my custom domain email to my Gmail, but Let's Connect can only send email from the actual Gmail address (which I never use for anything).
I'd also like the option to pay a small fee to remove the "Sent with Let's Connect" signature. I think a credit-based payment system would work well for this. E.g. You pay 1$ and get 10 credit which means you can send 10 unbranded emails. After that they will include the signature, unless you buy more credits. What do you think?
Hey @anna_0x, happy to hear your feedback.
Replying to your queries in order
1. We had planned a premium feature to edit the email body, but that is something we're planning to build as a 2.0 version after we get some initial momentum on the current product. And we've noted that we need to change the "contact coordinates", sorry for that 😄
2. We currently only use Gmail's API for sending emails and well I agree it's a bit of a bummer but we'll have more soon. But I think GSuite email addresses should work. The problem with an alias would be that the email could get classified as spam to some receivers. But we'll definitely look into what we can do on that.
And the Sent with Let's Connect watermark is an addon that is intended to be a pay-to-remove feature in the 2.0 version I mentioned above. It's something we'll certainly have and thanks for the advice on th credit based system. We'll try that out too.
Thank you so much for taking the time to improve our little product! Really appreciate it 😻

@ychummar glad to hear you'll be addressing the issues.
Let me clarify what i said about aliases. I don't mean the youremail+alias@gmail.com addresses. I mean the email addresses connect to Gmail (you don't need GSuite to do that). Both Tempo and TwoBird allow users to send email using those aliases, and I believe they are also using the Gmail API.

Wow this one seems too good. Even I myself lost many contacts of people i got from several meetups and conference. This is life saver. Thanks @ychummar and @shibinco .
@shibinco@avinash_s_kurup Thank you! That's one of the problems that we're trying to address with Let's Connect. 😃

I've been using Let's connect's android beta version and it's is really useful during meetups and conferences. Saves a lot of time on intros and emails.
I'm waiting for the iOS version.
@athulsuresh Glad to know how the product has been useful. Thank you so much for the feedback and we'll be coming soon with more updates and also the iOS version (if the launch goes well 😂)
👋 Hey ProductHunt!
⚡️ We (me and @shibinco) went a different approach here by taking an initiative to work on interesting yet problem-solving ideas during the weekends and during our free-hours while hustling through our day jobs and my schooling.
💡 We being networkers ourselves came with this product to solve the problem of connecting with people. Usually, we exchange business cards when we meet with people but there we saw the problem that not much action is taken after that. To solve this our product start's a conversation the moment you connect with a person.
📣 We're super excited to publish our first 20% product under Yash Labs - our initiative of weekend projects/products
We'd love to hear your thoughts and feel free to drop in any questions! 😸
