Hi Product Hunt 👋 I run a small web agency in Switzerland. Over the past year I kept having the same conversation with clients, sole traders, small shop owners, people who've had a website for a decade. They'd heard that customers were asking ChatGPT for recommendations instead of Googling, and they wanted to know what that meant for them. I couldn't give them a straight answer. The tools that existed were built for SEO agencies, priced for SEO agencies, and written in a language my clients don't speak. Telling someone whose business is plumbing that they need to "optimise for generative retrieval" is not help. It's a way of making them feel stupid for asking. So I built Limen for them. It scans your site and tells you what AI systems can and can't understand about your business. Every finding is written in plain English, with the reason it matters and what to do about it. No dashboard you need training to read. No acronyms you have to look up first. I'd genuinely love to hear what you think, especially if you're one of the people I built this for. Scanned my site and the report actually made sense without me googling half the terms. The breakdown of what AI misreads about my pricing page was eye opening and the fix suggestions were clear enough to hand off.

Funnily enough I've also just overhauled the PDF report with a brand new layout and brand new graphics. The feature is already live on development but I'll post here as soon as possible when it's also launched on the productive system.

Limen has gone educational.

The core idea of limen always was to educate people regarding AEO/GEO, besides fixing their website without bloated jargon.

So that's exactly what I did. Limen not only helps you make your website visible to artificial intelligence agents. It also educates you on how the whole AEO ecosystem works so you don't get scammed by agencies selling you automated AI Slop subscriptions.

Where answers come from in an LLM and an interactive explainer

Hey there, good people!
I just designed an awesome interactive animation on the Limen homepage that shows you what happens inside an LLM when someone asks a question.
