listo: Photo-verified turnovers for vacation rental hosts

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Moshik, founder of listo. Short version: listo is a turnover checklist app for vacation rental hosts where every task gets a date-stamped photo. Cleaners see a reference photo of how the room should look. Hosts see exactly what their team did, from anywhere. WHY I BUILT IT We host a few properties in Miami, and the pattern I kept hitting was the same one most hosts hit: a guest checks in, fires off a one-star "dirty bathroom" message, and the cleaner swears the bathroom was spotless. No photo, no record, no defensible answer. I'd eat the rating and move on. Next month it would happen again at a different property. WHAT CHANGED THIS YEAR At Airbnb's 2025 Host Summit, the company disclosed that five-star-review likelihood is now one of the top two signals in its search ranking algorithm. A slipping cleanliness sub-rating no longer just costs the Guest Favorite badge — it costs your spot in search results. AirDNA puts the revenue gap between 4.9+ listings and the rest at roughly 18%. Catching the small misses before the guest does went from "nice operational hygiene" to "the thing that decides occupancy." WHAT LISTO DOES DIFFERENTLY • Side-by-side reference photos in the cleaner's view, on the same screen as the camera. The cleaner sees "this is how the bed should look" before they hit submit. This single feature eliminates most "I didn't know" mistakes. • Per-property checklists, not generic templates. Every property has its quirks (which throw blanket folds where, the angle of the bedside lamp) and the checklist captures them. • Six-language cleaner interface. Most short-term rental cleaners in the US, Europe, and Latin America are not native English speakers. The host can use English while the team uses Spanish, French, German, Italian, or Portuguese. • An audit trail you can actually pull up six months later.
