Nice launch, @alex_calderon_trujillo! A free tool that shows all 50 states side by side is the kind of thing people actually need.
One thing caught my eye on your homepage. You have a table that shows Cheapest States, Mid-Range States, and Most Expensive States. That's the real value. Someone comparing states wants to see that breakdown right away.
But... that table is way down the page.
A visitor has to scroll through explanations and a calculator to get to it. Are you getting me?
So that table should be near the top.
Let people see the comparison before they read the details. For your convenience, I took a screenshot to show what I mean and attached here.
This is the most common thing I spot on startup homepages daily. Could help you...
@taimur_haider1Β Thanks Taimur! Really appreciate you taking the time to grab a screenshot β that's genuinely useful feedback.
You're right. The comparison table is the most actionable part of the page and it's buried. Moving it higher so visitors see the state breakdown before they read the explanations makes total sense from a UX perspective.
I'll test that layout change this week. Appreciate the sharp eye!
@alex_calderon_trujilloΒ Appreciate that, Alex. Let me know how the test goes. And if you ever want a second pair of eyes on anything else, I'm around you.
Does the calculator account for state specific annual report fees and registered agent costs beyond the initial filing? Really useful free tool, congrats!
@borrellr_Β Thanks! Yes β the calculator includes both the annual report fee and registered agent cost for each state, not just the filing fee. So the total it shows reflects your real first-year cost and ongoing annual cost separately. Glad you found it useful!
