Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built Loamnote because I wanted a simple way to put on some background sound and focus.
No playlists to dig through, no lyrics, no account, and no subscription. You open it, pick a soundscape, press play, and get on with whatever you need to do.
Each soundscape blends different tones, soft noise, subtle movement, and binaural frequencies. I spent a lot of time getting the sound to feel useful without becoming distracting.
There are options for deep work, studying, planning, or just taking a quiet break. Loamnote also includes a timer and a customisable Pomodoro mode, but the sound is really the main thing.
Everything runs on your device. You can install it, use it offline after the first load, and there is no sign-up.
It is also completely free.
I’d love to know which soundscape you end up using most .
@os_ishmael A very promising product and a strong launch. Congratulations to the team! 🚀

💡 Bright idea
The binaural frequencies are a nice touch, but I'd love a "personal mix" option where I can blend two soundscapes together, like rain plus a low hum, to create something that matches my exact mood for the day.

@quinnfabray Thanks Quinn for that. I agree that would be a nice addition. It'll be added to the next release.
