Hi Product Hunt 👋
I’m excited to launch Loan Calculator Pro, a free online loan planning tool by Projectify.
When assessing a loan, the monthly repayment is only part of the picture. Setup costs, total financing cost, amortisation, interest rate sensitivity, prepayments and asset-financing metrics can all materially affect the overall decision.
Loan Calculator Pro was built to bring these outputs together in one clear dashboard.
With the tool, users can:
✅ Estimate periodic repayments
✅ Generate amortisation schedules
✅ Include loan setup expenses
✅ Calculate total effective financing cost
✅ Test interest rate sensitivity
✅ Model prepayment impact
✅ Review asset-financing metrics such as LTV, DSCR, ICR, net cash flow, equity multiple and simple IRR
✅ Export outputs to CSV and PDF
The tool is free to use and is intended for general planning and educational purposes.
I’d really appreciate your feedback, feature suggestions and comments.
Thanks for checking it out!

The amortisation table actually exports cleanly, which is rare for these tools. The prepayment modelling also updates totals instantly without a refresh, which I appreciated when running a few scenarios back to back.

Finally tried a loan calc that doesn't make me squint at tiny tables. The amortisation breakdown with the prepayment modelling actually helped me see how an extra 50 a month cuts the term, which is the kind of clarity I wish every bank tool had.
