The extraction process is way too long imo. 10 minutes and still extracting. There should be a solution with progressive extraction.

@asatwork 10 minutes is way too long. In most of the device we tested (5x and 6x), it was under 3 minutes. Can I know which device you are on?

@asatwork We just released an update to the app and the app doesn't have an extraction process anymore. The app launches immediately and is ready to use the very second it is launched. We have also made some UI/UX fixes and reduced the ads significantly based on the feedback we have received so far. Will appreciate if you can have a look at it now and let me know of your feedback.

Good app. Noted few things: - There should be an option to sort the paid and free icons. Currently everything is mixed and user will have to keep scrolling. - The bottom center logo used as Discard / Save button, it's actually confusing. User will never come to know that it's the button to save changes. I guess, Save should be very clear. - If you close the app by mistake when you are creating the logo, all the changes disappear when you restart the app. The changes should be stored locally to avoid accidental loss of work. Hope this helps.

@deepxp Thanks for the feedback Deep. You should see some of these changed in the next update. BTW, save is indicated by a arrow pointing downwards (on the bottom left) and share by an arrow pointing upwards (located on the bottom right). The logo button is just a way for you to get to the landing screen.

@deepxp We just released an update to the app and the app doesn't have an extraction process anymore. Your feedback was very useful in the last iteration and we have handled all the three things you mentioned in your comment. The icons are now sorted, the center logo is replaced with a different icon representative of its function and the app continues to run in the background with your last design intact. We are also working on auto-save functionality which will keep saving your work in progress every few mins just in case the app crashes or the user force closes it by mistake.

@ashfame Just tested it out on my iPad. When I save the image to photos, it is not as sharp as on the app.

@peterchaly I am sure @lastashero would wanna know this. I haven't tried creating a logo yet. Selecting through so many free/paid ones were a little overwhelming for this to be a quick job. Apart from that @deepxp has provided good feedback already :)

@8bitkid I'm sure we have a cross and a half moon somewhere in the symbols as well. I don't see how having a swastika symbol is deplorable. We aren't biased towards any religion.

@8bitkid The Nazi's stole that iconography from Aryans as they "thought" they were pure. In any case, our use of this symbol is not representative of any party, people or religion. The Swastika has more good to it than evil as it has come to be associated with in the west. A little history here: http://edhamma.net/?p=467

As a designer I can get behind the idea of apps like this, far better than crap like 99designs, etc. Problem is, there is no way you created your own logo with the tool. This shows a lack of faith in your own tool , and sets users up for a let down when they actually use it. It's just to hard to do even simple things like change the stroke on a shape, delete layers, etc, and the ads...

@abiv Appreciate your frank feedback. With each updates we are trying to make the app more designer friendly. We have plans to include strokes, snap to grid, select all and such in the next few updates. If there are other specific tools/features you would like to see in the app please let me know and we will do our best to include them.

Long extraction of data without a progress bar is not what you want to see right after launch the app... I think that lots of users will not stay and wait the end.
