I'm honestly so disappointed with the service and delivery from Logo Livery. Both concepts delivered were amateur, thoughtless and looked like something generated from an AI tool. The designer informed me that he would be delayed as he was "overwhelmed with other client logos" and then 24 hours later submits work that you could see was rushed. When I complained, Pavel handled it very poorly, getting on the defensive and offering no solution other than purchasing from them again so that I can get a new concept - zero sense! I will not be using this logo and I would not recommend Logo Livery to anyone - the attractive pricing is simply not worth it. I can also see Pavel defending his mediocre work here on Product Hunt and it really is not the way to handle customer feedback.

The whole process went smooth, I made a very detailed briefing with some examples and inspiration. When I got the design I could really notice that they payed attention to the briefing. There was only one small bug, for some reason I wasn't able to enter the briefing via the website form. But within 15 minutes they already reached out via Whatsapp to help me and I was able to send the briefing via email. Overall very happy with the design.

Medium amateur work. But for this price I didn't expect much more. The two concepts requested were actually only one, and designer Veronika admitted as well. Zero communication. In the end, delivery time was 7 days instead of 5. Overall communication is pretty poor, nice platform, mediocre brand. Nothing more. I tested 4 services at the same time, unfortunately Logolivery was by far the biggest disappointment for me.

Thank you for your review, Mark! About the delay. We noticed that the logo delivery would be within 5 WORKDAYS (not days), we have weekends and it’s okay. So, you got your logo on time. You got two logo concepts and probably misunderstood Veronika. You got 2 different logos with one idea. That is, that corresponds to your brief. Veronika doesn’t admit your thing. One would be surprised that a creative agency would use such a solution, but after being in a grunt, turning to Logolivery was a very good investment. Pavel has been very communicative throughout the process, and the results are fantastic. I'm returning for more and, of course, strongly refer them to anyone needing a good logo.
