Why we built Lucru Home. Lucru Home started at our own kitchen table. My wife was juggling around eight different apps to run our home, and every one of them was missing something. None of them talked to each other, and the ones that came close were either expensive or locked the daily essentials behind a steep subscription. So what began as a small project for the two of us grew into something we wanted to share. Lucru Home is built so the pieces actually connect: your meals shape your grocery list, your pantry warns you before food expires, and a built-in assistant helps with the everyday reminders and planning. The modules talk to each other, the way a home actually works. It has already changed our own week. We waste less food, we plan meals without the daily guesswork, and we stay on the same page about chores, to-dos, and what needs restocking. We built it for our home, and we hope it brings a little more calm to yours.

This looks like a really clean take on home management, the AI assistant angle is what caught my eye. One thing I'd love to see is a shared "tomorrow's plan" view for households, so my partner and I can both see what's on the agenda each morning without having to dig through different sections. Would make it feel even more like a true command center.

What exists today for family data sharing: Active family members can share records in 7 modules: Groceries, Pantry, Meal planner, Recipes, To-dos, Cleaning, and Budget. Habits, Goals, and Journal stay strictly private (those are personal, not household).
