Lunvello helps Cambridge B2/C1 learners practise speaking, get clear AI feedback, and prepare from home without relying on scattered PDFs, random websites, expensive academies, or fixed schedules. We built it to make exam prep clearer, more structured, and far easier to practise consistently—especially for speaking, the part many learners struggle to train on their own.
Really like the direction here - this solves a real gap in Cambridge prep. The focus on async speaking practice + structured flow is especially valuable, since that’s exactly where most learners get stuck without a teacher.

From a product perspective, this is a critical moment: if users fail at onboarding, you lose highly motivated learners right at the peak of intent. Fixing that alone could significantly improve activation.
A couple of thoughts based on your positioning:
The value prop is strong, but you could make the “structured journey” more visible upfront (e.g. show a clear path from B2 → C1 with milestones)
AI feedback is great, but learners usually need actionable next steps, not just evaluation (e.g. say this instead)
Speaking practice anytime is powerful—maybe emphasize no scheduling / no partner needed more aggressively
Overall, this feels like a solid foundation with a clear audience. Happy to share more detailed feedback after the onboarding issue is fixed - I think there’s real potential here
