While it's understandable that those with substantial holdings may have more significant sway in the decision-making process, tying voting power solely to one's holdings seems counterproductive to me, rendering the entire voting system somewhat ineffective. This is my perspective; I believe there should be a reconsideration of the voting power structure. One potential drawback I've observed with MagicSquare is that there's no guarantee that every project accepted in the store will ultimately succeed. However, this is a natural part of the process.
