Magnet keeps your workspace organized. Activated by dragging, customizable keyboard shortcuts or via menu bar, Magnet declutters your screen by snapping windows into organized tiles.
I use Magnet daily and can't live without it. Makes window management much better on macOS. It's a shame macOS doesn't come with comparable window management solution to Windows's by default.

How does this compare to Spectacle (which is what I'm using right now)? (http://www.producthunt.com/posts...) Guess the snapping when you drag is a nice feature. Would prefer some kind of trial or demo before buying, although it is pretty cheap.
@shimmb I was using spectacle but bought this today, much better the way this allows you to drag windows

Shouldn't you be using the "Download on the Mac App Store" graphic? Instead of the "Download on the App Store" graphic?

Really wish I could try this as a demo. Used multiple products in the past for window management and would happily drop the cash on one I'm going to use each and every day. But without a way to evaluate it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Unless I'm missing something on the site and I can test it out first?
@smithjw James, you can buy the app and if you are not satisfied, you can ask for refund. It should work smoothly. Isn't that enough?

I Love magnet, it brought the only thing I missed from Windows to the Mac. Soooo simple to use, a must have if you have multiple screens. Surprised it hasn't been acquired / copied by apple yet?
I use Moom, it uses keyboard shorcuts, drag and snap, and a nice little shortcut when hovering over the green full-screen button. http://www.producthunt.com/posts...

Magnet may be a great new tool, but it's hard to beat Moom. Moom does all things Magnet does and then some. Moom lets you save app windows positioned wherever you want them and restore them with a single key-combo or by selecting the option via the Menu bar. It can move and zoom windows at the same time and lets you define custom grids and layouts. Powerful stuff.
