It’s been a long time coming, and it started with a problem we didn’t even realize was costing us users.
When we launched Ajelix (our first SaaS), we grew to 280K users without a marketing budget. But somewhere along the way, we noticed a silent growth killer: important emails, onboarding sequences, password resets, feature updates, were either bouncing, landing in spam, or disappearing entirely.
