We chose to go with MailerLite because of their competitive pricing, drag-and-drop builder and email deliverability. Their connection with Shopify makes it easy to update and segment our subscriber list. I highly recommend MailerLite for small businesses.

First and foremost was the outstanding customer support provided by Gloria, Matheus, Ivan and Denise in explaining and setting up the account. Setting up the account was a lot easier than I had imagined until I reached the domain stage. This stage caused me a bit of grief.

What needs improvement

Provide a little more detailed information on the requirement for setting up a domain name considering that not all persons are "techies". Our group utilizes MailerLite strictly for the issuance of newsletters and bulletins so our requirements are limited in regards to all of the services provided by MailerLite.

vs Alternatives

Recommendations from a third party CRM article which provided a number of industry options and associated pros and cons.

It helps our company's email marketing with automation and keeping track of our subscribers preferences. As a small business, we need all the help we can get, and Mailerlite is the perfect tool for our communication.

vs Alternatives

The price is very good for the demand we have, and compared to some alternatives. The easy and intuitive platform as well as the easy integration to our systems such as WrodPress and Woocommerce.
