Pre-ordered this last year and got the final version this morning. Great to see the final product - and I love the format of this with the online version.
Recommended for any startup owners (we got some useful tips for shipping faster), as well as anyone considering launching a new startup. Pieter is the chief when it comes to shipping rapidly and still delivering on quality!
Awesome work
YESSSS it's finally here! I pre-ordered this about 2 years ago and it just landed in my inbox today.
Scanned through the first half and my mind is already blown - so many learnings and brilliantly written.
Unlike typically boring business-type books that are a struggle to read without falling asleep, MAKE is really fun to read with illustrations, examples, personal stories, and actionable "on the ground" advice to questions that startup founders might never even have thought of (eg. how to automate stuff for bookkeeping).
Thanks for creating this Pieter!
Cool, been a long time waiting, I kinda think it's a rushed launch though. Pre-orders should get theirs first, then you should complete ePub, PDF and Kindle. Once all those key areas are sorted. Then launch. As such, I won't be buying until Kindle is launched and I may forget...

It's very good, and super gratifying to read that a lot of the steps we have undertaken in the launch of our own app development company are based on truths espoused in this book. I happened upon it with the intention of sharing our app with the product hunt community and now have mandatory reading for the next week. Superb book, I'm only a 3rd of the way through it and already I'd recommend it. Love it!
Pros:
Absolutely perfect for a newb like me
Cons:
I wish it was available in a way I could load it on my kindle or even better listen to it as an audio book.

I recommend it to all!
Pros:
I read the draft last year and it changed my maker life.

In a world that's obsessed with online courses and dreams of success, this book really does cut through the crap.
I bought this book without any hesitation as I believe Pieter's approach to solo-business ownership is fantastic. Frankly, you HAVE to provide value to a customer to make money when you build a real (not course or ebook) business.
It's no secret that the "life coach", "online course creator" bullsh*t is being sussed out on a regular basis. If want to create a proper business that provides actual value to a set of customers that you care about then you should (in my opinion) spend all of your time figuring it out yourself through trial and error. Just go out and build something now. But, if you do happen to be stuck at any time then you can do a lot worse than read this book.

I would recommend this book for someone who want to bootstrap their company. It's very interesting how 1 person can create this movement.
Pros:detailed, have a lot of resources to check, based on personal experience that convert to user and sales growth
Cons:I wish there's more case study or exhaustive list page for the resource list.
