Hey👋, I wanted to share my project, Manager Toolkit.
I have been working as a Technology Manager for 3 years and decided to solve the pain points I encounter on a daily basis by building a tool that makes me more effective.
Manager Toolkit contains everything you need to lead a team or manage people, from running surveys & retros to setting performance targets and managing meetings and catchups.
I am proud to launch and hope that this can help others struggling to manage the demands of people management, let me know if you have more, I will definitely try to solve them too!
