Super easy to set up I had an AI agent live on my site in minutes without touching any code. It handles most customer questions on its own across WhatsApp, Messenger, and the website, which saved us a ton of time. And the pricing is very fair for what you get.

Would love to see more integrations with tools like HubSpot and Slack. Also, the analytics could go deeper like showing how accurate the AI's answers actually are over time.

Intercom was way too expensive for our size, and Chatbase felt too limited just a chatbot, nothing else. Mando gave us the AI agent plus a help centre and everything in one place, without the enterprise price tag.
