As a fitness enthusiast, I have a few questions regarding Master of Pushups: - How does the app ensure hands are aligned with shoulder width or properly adjusted for different push-up variations (e.g., wide-arm or diamond push-ups)? - Can the app measure the angle of elbow flexion during the descent and ascent? - How does the app detect improper wrist alignment (e.g., hands turned too far inward or outward), which can lead to joint discomfort? - Can the app detect if the head is positioned neutrally in alignment with the spine, or if the user is craning their neck up or down? - Can the app analyze scapular movement (protraction and retraction) to encourage proper engagement of the upper back muscles? - How does it handle asymmetries or compensations, such as favoring one side?

We use pose estimation to track the user's movement. In the current build we're focused on common shoulders width pushups - Can the app measure the angle of elbow flexion during the descent and ascent? Yes - How does the app detect improper wrist alignment (e.g., hands turned too far inward or outward), which can lead to joint discomfort? We'd probably won't be able to track that on the current build, but we explain the proper wrists positioning when performing push ups on our onboarding experience - Can the app detect if the head is positioned neutrally in alignment with the spine, or if the user is craning their neck up or down? Yes, we do track the neck angle - Can the app analyze scapular movement (protraction and retraction) to encourage proper engagement of the upper back muscles? This is a (great) different exercise which we do not track at the moment - How does it handle asymmetries or compensations, such as favoring one side? Currently we mainly analyze the posture of the body parts which are in front of the camera
