@mcarmonas It uses near-real-time benchmark data based on market standards for each platform, ad format, and campaign type.

I say “near real time” because those benchmarks are refreshed monthly to capture shifts in average performance metrics.

On top of that, the system learns from user-created media plans across different markets, which helps it improve future recommendations for channels, expected conversion rates, and KPIs for each new client or campaign.
