Hi Kimberly Ross! 👋I’m Le Minh Khang, MathPal’s head marketing.
Thanks for your support and for the helpful insight! It truly gives us more information about our target audience and saves us a lot of time.
For now, MathPal is in its meta version, supporting basic features like AI chatbot, Parents’ Analytics, Image Scanning, Multiple Learning Modes, … . The teaching and way of explaining is still basic, but still guide the bot toward clear step-by-step explanations. In the future, though, we are planning to implement both common and niche methods of explaining, like giving examples with smaller numbers, relativity when talking about complex concepts (as in the image shows),
The black one is a jargon-heavy ChatGPT answer, and our MathPal's answer, simplifying the concept.
and much more to be explored and researched. For the user learning style adaptation, we plan to learn the user’s behaviour, see which teaching methods suit them the most (forms of explanations), the accuracy when using the app’s practice mode (the estimation of their skill), the frequency of their learning periods (the compactness of the knowledge given for them to catch up), or their knowledge gaps (giving easier and try to improve the student’s knowledge gaps). That’s why we have a suggestion part in the dashboard for the user to acknowledge it.
As for future updates, we plan to release new features such as: customised roadmaps generated by AI (also adapting to the user learning style), a deeper integration of Emotional AI (giving proper, suitable learning methods based on their mood, their stress level), a student-friendly GUI rework, …

Really loving MathPal so far. The design is clean, everything feels easy to use, and the step-by-step explanations are genuinely helpful for learning, not just getting answers. It’s been great for studying. My only small wish is that the Pro plan was a bit cheaper or the free version unlocked a few more features. Overall though, awesome job!

Congrats on the launch! MathPal 2 looks super clean. It would be even better if you could add a step-by-step explanation for complex calculus problems. Keep it up!
