Our goal is to make the MCP-Builder fully compatible with your security and authentication layers. To achieve this, we support OAuth 2.0 and API key authentication mechanisms. For password-based security on data sources, you can simply provide the necessary credentials as environment variables during server startup — for example, when using Docker.
