Hey PH π Judy here, founder of Meev.
This whole thing started because of my own site. It used to live on Google traffic, then late last year clients kept saying things like "ChatGPT recommended you" or "I asked Perplexity about realtors in my area." Google was still sending traffic, but a real chunk of new clients were arriving from AI answers I couldn't see.
So I built some tracking for myself. The picture wasn't pretty. Cited on some AI tools, invisible on others, with competitors all over prompts I should've owned. Tracking the gap felt good, but it didn't fix anything.
Tracking gave me the picture. I still needed to actually fix the gaps. I tried a few AI content tools first. The output looked fine at a glance, but it was the kind of generic, shallow, no-real-research stuff I wouldn't put on my own site. (And honestly: Google's helpful-content system would shred it.) So I started building my own writing pipeline.
Every article pulls real ranking signals (keyword data, GSC queries, competitor gaps, what AI engines are already citing, plus a knowledge base of my own expertise), runs through a 16-dimension quality gate, and only ships if it scores 70+. Below that it goes back in the queue. Once that loop was running, my own citation numbers started moving. First page on Google, mentions across almost every major AI.
The hardest thing during build was the quality firewall. My first version published anything the model wrote. Watching weak articles ship to my own site, then seeing helpful-content signals tank, taught me the firewall isn't a feature, it's the entire moat. When I benchmarked AI-generated content from other popular tools on the same 16-dimension matrix, most scored in the 50β65 range, right where Google's helpful-content system starts flagging sites. Meev's articles average 75β85. Anything below 70 goes back in the queue. (You can test this yourself. We have a free article quality checker at meev.ai/article-quality-checker. Paste anything in and see what it scores.)
That whole loop (track, find gaps, write, quality-gate, ship) became Meev. Sharing it with any solo founder or SMB hitting the same wall.

Congrats on the launch. One thing that would be really useful is a way to flag or annotate citations that look wrong or outdated, so the next auto-published article can explicitly correct or supersede them. Right now it feels like you only track presence, not accuracy.

@aklmemet64294 hi Memet, the articles we write is not derived from the user tracked prompt, and recently we uplift the whole topic planner so it will finds better low KD, trending in search volume and buyer intend keywords for articles. The goals is to expend the keywords targeting while remain within a topic cluster, so several of your articles will work together to improve your sites topical authorities.

Would love to see a Slack or Teams alert the moment a new prompt surfaces where a competitor gets cited but you don't, so the team can react before the article even ships.

@mihriban5dyg hi Mihriban, yes! And this is actually in the work and will be released very soon. We recently released the agent which can answer all sorts of questions based on website telemetry gathered from ai visibility, seo, competitor research and more. Next move is to hook this with several other platform like slack so itβs easily accessible. Thank you for your feedback back!

honestly this looks really solid for keeping tabs on AI search visibility, the quality firewall bit is a nice touch. one thing though, can you add a way to track how citations shift over time on a per-prompt basis? like a small trend chart or weekly delta would be super useful so i can actually see if the articles being published are moving the needle instead of just guessing.

@ebayraktut54124 hi Eren, good point, we do have the dashboard for the overall AI, but not really per prompt, agree it would be a nice touch as well, thanks for the feedback!

Really useful for tracking which prompts surface competitors instead of you. One thing that would make this way more actionable for me is a Chrome extension that overlays the Meev visibility score right inside ChatGPT and Perplexity as I search, so I can see citation gaps in real time without jumping back to the dashboard. Would that be on the roadmap?

@wandawatsojsjb hi Wanda, good point, and this is one thing I havenβt really thought about. Agree it would be nice to auto detect you are researching on llm and right away provide good insights on your gaps. Will included this in the road map, this is a good feature. Thank you very much for the feedback back!
