Meridian Allocation is a rules-based macro allocation research platform for serious self-directed investors. Most portfolios look diversified by asset count but remain concentrated in the same macro risks. The aim is not to predict every market move. It is to create a transparent and repeatable process for deciding how a portfolio should behave across different environments. It is a monthly allocation decision record that can be reviewed, challenged, and judged over time.

Hi Product Hunt,
I built Meridian because I wanted a disciplined way to make portfolio decisions without spending every day reacting to market noise.
Before launch, Meridian has been tested with a small reader cohort reviewing sample allocation packets and the underlying decision process.
That cohort has helped identify:
what is immediately clear
what feels too technical
which parts of the monthly packet are most useful
what investors need to see before trusting the process
When Meridian launches in September 2026, it will be a paid product and it will centre on a monthly allocation packet showing:
the current raw and confirmed macro regime
portfolio weights for the next allocation period
changes from the previous month
the rationale for cash
the current risk posture
the conditions that would trigger another change
The aim is not to provide stock picks, daily alerts, or constant market commentary.
It is to give serious self-directed investors one transparent allocation process they can review and follow each month.
This launch is also an opportunity to pressure-test the product before the first paid cohort begins.
