In general it works for me however I've got my secondary domain there with a very low traffic. I would't use Migadu for my personal email or something critical.
Pros:
* free plan is great (I can use my own domain)
* good webmail
* catch-all email aliases
Cons:
if the service is down (it was the case) there is no way to contact the team
no twiter, nothing. no public changelog

I have been running email services there for 1 year now and never experienced any outages. Also, the founders reply very quickly when you contact them via support@migadu.com and have been very helpful.

Wow! My head just spun around like in the Exorcist. Migadu is exactly how amazing businesses fill a niche and succeed. I have 3 domains hosted there, all 100% up time (Okay we all know that can quite be true, but if someone really wants raw data, I'm happy to invest on an uptime checker for a couple months... I have never had any perceived downtime.) So want a trusty partner who responds quickly as Mr Betz remarked. Migadu is really a great choice.

@hostmaster is twitter a significant channel for you? I am not into social
Media at all and I always use their suppor email address. This is enough

Useful for non-essential email domains. For free/cheap mail hosting with catch-all addresses for more essential services, try Zoho instead.
Pros:
Great pricing, simplistic (yet powerful) UI, and lots of useful features (including catch-alls and regex addresses)
Cons:
Lack of customer service and no public-facing presence (social media, etc.) whatsoever. Downtimes have happened in the past.

@kelvzhan Zoho is an overkill. The Mail UI is nice while the rest is just ugly.
They took ages to answer to my emails. I'm using Migadu which is wayyy better if you are looking for a low load email, for example if you have a network of websites.

@kelvzhan Per seat per month on Zoho? Totally different business model.

Migadu is working well for my business. This email hosting solution is allowing us to save money, lowering our costs while having great support from Migadu team if needed! They can be contacted by email and are very serious and helpful. I have recommended migadu to other start up and so far they are also satisfied.

Steady Servers, Great Configurations Tutorials, a super solid no cost (But try to support them), email performer. Simple Straightforward.... with my side comment of elegant.
