Hey all! Markus here from the Mighyt squat. So proud to be part of this team of incredibly passionate women and men that developed Mighty over the past 12 months. The goal was to create a truly mobile self-defense program that’s both simple and effective, and that makes self-defense training available to women anywhere at any time
We filmed over 40 video lessons ranging from mental empowerment to powerful strikes and kicks, to badass escape moves. And there’s daily workouts too! So you can learn new skills while you get fit and make self-defense your new workout routine.
We think that self-defense should not be about inducing fear, but about living life on your own terms — strong, confident and self-aware! So a big aim was to present this important topic in a positive and aspirational way, through our design language and of course the content itself. Let us know what you think!
