Sure, I would love to answer! So we have 2 main personalization features:
1) triggers
- by time spent on the platform
- by action taken (clicked on button, entered specific page)
2) segmentation by role (we would integrate with you platform). So for example Developer and Designer would have different journeys
3) branching
Letting the user what to do next by providing options and attaching flows to each
