The concept behind virtual assistants and rewards is to enhance the user experience by narrating a personalized story about the product, similar to what a sales team or customer support does. However, with Milestone, you don't need to invest heavily in staff resources.
It is like giving these emotions when you congratulate the user with every milestone, keep them engaged and interested.

Seems interesting but apart from the animations is there some more gamification involved? It isn't very clear to me.
I compared recently 9 well known user onboarding products (part of my upcoming launch of https://onboarding.study) and only Chameleon offers playful confetti animations. And they cost 10x more than Milestone, haha.
Anyway, it's a nice add-on but I'd want to know how Milestone differentiates from other tools available on the market.

This is super cool! I'm launching my product soon and definitely want to try this out. If my product is a Slackbot, will I still be able to use milestone? My guess is it's for web applications but want to be sure.
