Mimir is a platform where you can get mentorship from AI clones of famous personalities. Explore the wisdom of our virtual mentors and gain personalized insights and advice.
Congrats on the launch! It's an interesting take on chatbots!
Tried talking with both the Gurus, but Osho stood out for me! And, adding a source for each answer is a nice touch.
Could we also add Gurus like Swami Vivekananda here? Looking forward for new gurus!
Tried it and found it wonderful. It would be interesting to add more mentors, that have expertise in areas like art or music.
Definitely sharing it with my friends.
UI/UX is great, might add some more mentors in the future. Chat history saving seems to be under development at the moment, I'm hoping it becomes available soon.

Figr AI: UX Agent for Product Teams — Learns your product. Thinks through UX
Hi Product Hunters!
Today, I'm excited to launch Mimir, a platform where you can have anyone as a mentor.
I became obsessed with building products after I read a book on Steve Jobs. He changed my life. And ever since, books have been a staple place for me to get new ideas, advice and more.
But I have always felt that there is something lost in translation because I don’t get an advice tuned to my situation, addressing my concerns. This is when I turn to my mentors. They understand me and and navigate my problem with me to get me “unstuck”. I’ve wondered what it would feel like to directly talk with my role models and capture their knowledge at its source.
We built Mimir for exactly this purpose. We wanted to leverage the power of AI to clone famous personalities, businessmen and leaders and provide an interface that allows you to interact with them just like you’d interact with a mentor.
Get advice based on your personal context, set up a cadence to discuss your progress, get nudged to take action when you’re stuck.
We have two personalities right now:
Osho (Spiritual Master, Author and Speaker.)
Sadhguru (Mystic, Yogi, and spiritual teacher. People call him the coolest guru.)
We are adding more AI personalities as we go.
But that's not all.
We are shipping some exciting new features in the next few weeks:
- Setup a weekly cadence with your mentor where the mentor will follow up on their past advice and discuss your progress.
- Mentors will soon be able to talk with you in their own voice through our voice call feature.
- Create your own personal AI mentor by uploading relevant content.
I welcome you to use our product. Or request for new personalities that you want as a mentor.
And needless to say, please let me know your feedback. I appreciate any comments or suggestions. We are improving Mimir every day and you can have a big impact!

The concept of having conversations with mentors is wonderful, and I can see how it would be really beneficial for a lot of individuals like me.
I tried asking questions to both. In the future, I'd love to interact with Steve Jobs.
Consider forming mentor groups so that users can speak with several mentors simultaneously, is one recommendation I have. Users may benefit from a more dynamic and varied perspective as a result.
I want to congratulate you for realizing this fantastic idea. It is clear that a great deal of thought and work went into creating this platform.
@aakrit_subedi Thank you Aakrit! Glad you enjoyed it. Who would you like as the next mentor?

I gave Mimir a shot and was pleasantly surprised by its novel approach to mentorship, powered by AI-generated clones of famous personalities. The website has an intuitive interface and offers practical advice from esteemed individuals such as Osho and Sadhguru, which can be tailored answer to one's personal questions.
I am excited to see what the upcoming features such as the weekly cadence and voice call feature will offer, and I believe that Mimir has the potential to revolutionize the way we approach mentorship in the future.
@ersauravadhikari Thank you, Saurav! Who would you like as next mentors?
