Todoist = you organize
Notion = you build
TickTick = you configure
Structured = you block
MindDraft = you speak, AI handles it, tasks become actions
Hey Product Hunt!
I'm Pawan, and I built MindDraft because I was drowning in "I'll remember that later" moments that I never remembered.
The problem: Every task app expected ME to do the work. Type it perfectly. Set the right date. Choose the category. Add reminders manually. By the time I organized a task, I'd forgotten three more.
The insight: What if an app could understand "Call the dentist tomorrow, it's been 6 months" the way a human assistant would? Parse the intent. Know "tomorrow" means tomorrow. Understand "6 months" is context, not a date. Set a reminder automatically.
The solution: MindDraft uses AI to truly understand natural language. But I didn't stop there:
- Added wellness tracking because health tasks were always my most forgotten
- Built subscription management because surprise charges were ruining my budget
- Created 6 view modes because my brain works differently on different days
- Designed it minimal and beautiful because cluttered apps stressed me out
18 months later: MindDraft manages my entire life - tasks, health reminders, subscriptions, expenses - in one app that actually thinks.
Why MindDraft is different from Todoist, TickTick, Notion, and Structured:
Todoist: Remind me
TickTick: Remind me with habits
Notion: Let me build a reminder system
Structured: Block my calendar
MindDraft:
→ Remind me when I'm NEAR the store
→ One tap to call/navigate/pay
→ Complete task = expense logged
→ Full Apple Watch app
This is the app I wished existed. Now it does.
Try it free. Tell me what you think. I read every piece of feedback.

I love having everything organized, but I hate the friction of getting it there. Most apps make me think about HOW to enter something instead of just capturing WHAT I need to remember.
How well does it integrate with calendar and email? I need everything to connect, not be another separate island of information.
@imthepk Thanks for the detailed answer! The voice mode approach makes sense - I'm usually juggling multiple things at once, so being able to just speak tasks into existence would be perfect.
The email paste feature is interesting. Privacy-first approach is smart, especially in beta. Looking forward to trying it out and seeing how it fits into daily workflow!
ChatPal
Very cool idea - do you populate all the data or can it pull from calendar or other places?
@daniele_packard Yes, it does pull data, but that’s still under experimentation. However, you can paste text from emails. It also suggests tasks based on your usage and provides suggestions for actions. Additionally, it works flawlessly with voice input.
Congrats on the launch, @imthepk 👏 The natural language task input is a game-changer — love how simple and intuitive it feels. Wishing you a great PH day!
@nitish_singh_chauhan Thank you so much for your support ❤️
