MindPal literally saved our agency from drowning in manual work.

Before we found this platform, our team was constantly switching between different tools just to get basic stuff done. We'd spend hours on repetitive tasks that honestly, a computer should be doing. It was frustrating and honestly kind of embarrassing how much time we wasted.

What needs improvement

Perhaps the Mobile version or having an App.

vs Alternatives

Honestly, we didn't start looking for MindPal specifically. We were just drowning in manual work and getting frustrated with how much time we were wasting on repetitive stuff.

We tried a bunch of different solutions first. Zapier was okay for simple automations, but anything complex got messy fast. We looked at some other AI tools but they were either too limited (like only doing one thing) or way too complicated for our team to actually use.

What sold us on MindPal was the demo. We watched this 2-minute video where they built a complete lead qualification workflow from scratch just by describing what they wanted. No coding, no complicated setup. It looked too good to be true, so we signed up for the free trial.

The trial convinced us immediately. Within our first week, we had automated our entire content research process. Something that used to take our team 4-5 hours was happening automatically in the background. We were like "okay, this actually works."

But the real deciding factor was seeing how fast our non-tech team members picked it up. Our account manager built her first workflow on day two. If she could do it, we knew this wasn't going to be another tool that only I could use.

Almost a year ago now I paid for a DFY build out of automations for my business. Had a meeting with Tuan and they got started. Soon they asked to pause so they could focus on finishing 3.0 so I said yes as it would probably make the DFY buildout better. Well they ghosted me. No more responses in messenger. My support emails don't get answered anymore. I paid for a service that was never fulfilled, and it was past the window that I could file a chargeback through my bank. I was a BIG fan and actually referred probably half a dozen people to mindpal. From what I've seen though, I'm not alone with my experience. I was quietly removed and blocked from the mindpal official group, for commenting and trying everything I could to actually get a response.

I've been using MindPal for the past 2 months to further optimise my team's workflow using custom AI workflows. The way MindPal has been designed allows for some rather complex sequences of data inputs, custom prompting, and approvals which enable us to use AI for critical processes while retaining the desired quality. Although MindPal is young (i believe today's review marks their first birthday), their small team including Sylvia, Tuan and My are absolutely legends at delivering features requested by their growing userbase, fixing bugs, and engaging the community on a daily basis with suggest use cases, updates, and responses to queries. I will not hesitate to recommend MindPal to anyone who is considering trying MindPal.

I feel Mindful is flying a little under the radar at the moment and has enormous potential. For me, MindPal is a game-changer in AI-driven productivity and knowledge management. The best is that you can team up multiple AI agents to work together collaboratively – I am a sole operator so having this function is like having my own squad of smart assistants! I am using MindPal to create various chatbots for a range of topics. I am also using it for advice, SEO, marketing, business planning and other initiatives. Out of all the AI products I use this is my favourite.

I can't tell if this product is vaporware or if some parts are just broken. I tried to create a "Lead Prospector for LinkedIn" and every potential lead it finds looks real until I click the LinkedIn URL it provides for the user, none of the links work and I can't find any of the people when I search manually for them in LinkedIn. There also seemed to be no way to get help with this.

Hi David, I think there is some confuse here. We are not a LinkedIn Lead finder tool. MindPal is a platform to build AI Agents and Multi-agent workflow. In MindPal, the AI agent can not find the LinkedIn lead for you until you give it access to some data sources that have it. However, we do not have any LinkedIn-related tool and have never promote the use case to find leads. By the way, I'm happy to refund you. Easily one of the most productive AI tools I’ve found so far and I have many. I’ve created different technical agents and workflows that have saved me hours of time. Really unique take on AI tools, you can give it an idea, eg compare a CV to a job advert and it'll go away and make a tool that uses AI to do just that! Team are very active and engaged with the user community and have regularly rolled out new features and updates. Be sure to give this a try, so many uses.
