I am so excited to finally release my quarantine project and second iOS app! I am someone who has dealt with a few mental health-related issues and I have found that self-reflection has been a tool that's been very helpful to me. So I have had this idea for quite some time of a digital journaling app that will actually push you to look back at past memories/journals and reflect on them. Mirror Journal includes a tool called notes that lets you annotate past journal entries. So it's effectively writing a journal entry on top of a journal entry. For example, I've used it to critique journal entries where I was unfair to myself. Mirror Journal is also built on secrecy so everything is locally stored and has the ability to be AES-256 encrypted using a custom passcode. You can also set expiration dates for entries to keep it even more secretive. I hope you all check it out and hopefully find it helpful. This is a project that I am very proud of and I have a ton planned for the future. :D
