Miznee Mirror: Deep skin health imaging by smartphone

Crazy as it may sound, I started this project by hunting for possible life on other planets like Mars! Looking for a way to remotely 'dig' under Martian surface using NASA images of the planet. I even had a peer-reviewed scientific paper published about it. It soon occurred to me that the skin is also a surface. Most skin problems start from beneath the skin or lay dormant even after treatment. So . . .being able to see more detail below the immediate surface would be really helpful for seeing skin issues early. Like a magic mirror with x-ray vision - but not showing very scary detail! So, what if this can be done with a regular smartphone, tablet or laptop, even better, add some analytics showing how the skin interacts with light. That's the basic story. Thanks to the corona virus pandemic, telemedicine is finally being adopted rapidly. In real-time online, doctors can now remotely see under the skin for improved diagnostics. Regular people can frequently monitor more than just their skin surface. Now my partners and I are looking to get the word out there and let people start using the Miznee MIrror.
