Hi, I’m Maurice, the founder of Mockly.
I started Mockly after seeing someone on X post a screenshot of a conversation from Bumble. Even though the screenshot was real, someone replied, “What tool did you use to generate this?” That’s when I realized there are tools out there for this, but they’re full of ads and incredibly clunky to use.
So I built a quick prototype and shared it on X a few days later. The response was overwhelming. I got tons of feedback, and people from social media teams, marketing departments and even filmmakers showed genuine professional interest in Mockly. So I polished it and shipped it. 15.000+ people have used Mockly since last week!

I really love how fast and easy this is. Are there any plans to include video based mockups in the future?

I love the concept. Can Mockly export in various formats like PNG, GIF or even MP4 for animations?

This looks amazing. Is there a mobile version available or is it just for desktop at the moment?
Thanks @hazel_joy! It's optimized for desktop but should work on mobile as well. We will improve the mobile experience soon!
What a fantastic tool that really exceeds expectations. Do you have dark mode mockups available for apps like Slack or Discord?

Great potential! Can Mockly schedule or queue mockups for batch content creation across different platforms?

Exited to see Mockly live on Product Hunt! I had the chance to help build this and really enjoyed working on making it as simple and intuitive as possible. Big shoutout to @mauricekleine for pushing this forward.
