Oh, this is definitely a problem that needs to be solved. I’ve tried setting limits using the built in iOS features many times, but it didn't really help. As for Monk, combining all the features, especially resistance streaks sounds like an effective approach!

I used Monk to block Instagram, and it reduced my screen time dramatically. I have gone DAYS without as much as launching Instagram, when I had the habit of launching the app a dozen times a day.
For all this reclaimed time, I’d be more than happy to pay for this app.
