Congratulations Mun and Edwin, this most definitely solves a problem. What are other use cases for your AI agents besides booking hotels? And what do you mean by the games category, what will the agent be helping with?

@joekadirire Great question! We think that Monoid could be super-useful for companies that want to build out customer support agents and shopping assistants for their customers. This way, they could integrate all their internal tools (e.g. to process returns, to rank products, etc.) and build any number of custom chatbots for users all in one platform. For the individual developer/hobbyist, Monoid may be helpful in building a customized personal assistant that can, for example, retrieve events in your area that you're interested in. We were thinking that some users may also want to add some Actions to retrieve context about video games to answer rules/strategy-based questions, hence the "Gaming" category.

@joekadirire I had to update my car insurance last week, changing my address and license, and I couldn't update both at once, and had to pay for each update. I tried using the chatbot that Geico has but it just directed me to an FAQ page. I ended up having to call customer support and sit on hold and explain to several people my issue before getting to the person who could help and it was eventually a quick fix for that person. If Geico's chatbot was able to make use of their internal APIs, and had better natural language understanding, it would have easily been able to solve my issue in a matter of seconds. While going through that process I kept thinking of how Monoid would be incredibly useful in that case. Since learning about Monoid, I actually can't stop seeing areas where it could be really impactful just like this.

Congrats, Mun and Edwin! Monoid is a phenomenal product and I'm excited to explore more of it's features and future iterations of the platform. Do you offer training or conduct demos with other entities to see what solutions Monoid can deploy? I'd love to see how this can enhance member engagement within the association space. I can easily see Monoid integrating with our other interfaces, fostering a high-quality user experience for our members. I'd also love to hear about other successful Monoid partnerships to learn and hopefully grow the community. This app is a winner!

Amazing tool, great that it allows you to use a variety of LLMs. Definitely going to be crucial as more competitors start challenging OpenAI significantly. I can think of so many great integrations that this could be useful for, really excited to see it take off!

@zach_munro Just today, Google launched Gemini, which is supposed to outperform GPT4 on a few benchmarks, so we definitely agree that it'll be crucial for developers to plug and play different LLMs going forward!
